i wanted to make a tool that would let you check if any pair of wolves would be ineligable for mating because of inbreeding, i had it all planned out how i would do it.. i spent a Long time yesterday trying and failing to get it to work before i realised the really obvious reason why i couldn't get it working -- you can't view wolf pages without being signed in, so my sheet couldn't pull information from wolves' pages because it couldn't SEE the wolves' pages, not because there was some typo like i thought i had made and was trying to find (for hours...)

partially writing this just to share my big sadness, and partially to see if anyone maybe has any magical miracle ideas of how i could get it working anyway? lolol

you could get the wolves' IDs, put them in the demo, save both, then preview them. An example with my Volmyrs; the female was the child of the male:

you HAVE to press Save Current in order to be able to preview though

Just a heads up -- if you "Customize" wolves with the Demo and save them, it loses their genetic history. So if you are just using it to confirm mating potential, you don't want to change genes or anything!
