Purple's CA!

Hello! Now that I have really started making CA, I'd like to show them off as well as document my journey as a noob artist :) If you have bought any of my CA, or just like them, thank you very much!

I only have 2 for now but I have plans to do many more, and I hope to improve my skills with each one ^-^

For each CA, I've included the price and brief description, and clicking on the name will bring you to the post with my notes!

Public CA

Purple Star Wallpaper (25ms) - Full background, all poses

Egg (35 ms) - Small object on wolf, all poses except male Volmyr

Happy to do restock requests if anything is not currently in stock.

I don't expect anyone to want recolours/commissions yet, but if you do please let me know! :D

Purple Star Wallpaper

This was my first public CA! I was talking in a LW discord about wanting to learn digital art, and people there were very encouraging! So I decided to start with something very very simple, just to remember how to cut out shapes from a different layer. I also had 'star of the show' (yep just those words, no other context) stuck in my head for reasons unknown to me, so the description had to include that x)

Egg (EGG, short vide)

Pretty much as soon as my first CA got approved, I was excited to do another! I wanted to try drawing something this time, and a fried egg seemed like the most perfect way to start, again for reasons unknown to my conscious self! Partway through I got a little overwhelmed with shading and layering, but again people in discord were super helpful and encouraging! Bubble tea was so incredibly helpful giving me very detailed tips of how the shading should go if the lighting was at different angles. Shoutout to spoot, dragonfruit and lalierre as well for the support and advice <3

This took me over 10 hours from start to finish, which probably anyone else could have finished in 2 but I am super proud of this, even though it's not perfect ^_^

The egg is super adorable! Congrats! It’s so nice others help with advice. I can draw and do value scales, but I need help with color theory. I’m working on it!
