Don't be afraid to post in various user-made giveaway threads, there are many things that are harder to get at first until you get used to how things work!

The Guides section is also very useful if you want to know recipe ingredients, where to get various items, and this thread in particular has a bunch of guides grouped by type which is very useful (and cute graphics!).

Also, there is a user-made new player guide by Damocles here, which has some good beginner tips. :)

I know Yoganman! He recently (not really, it was maybe a month ago) asked for one of my free woofs. Anyways, welcome to LW! The usual active community here is very friendly and helpful, and are almost always begging peeps to just "take their stuff, for the love of Orrin" so just ask! The Starter Achievemments are helpful in getting to know the game, and don't be afraid to spend some moonstones (Ms) because they're actually not that hard to get.

There are some starter achievements that will help walk you through the site and what you can do here. ^^ Growing your pack will increase the amount of stuff that you can do in Loria, so definitely check out the Flea Market or the giveaway forum for more pack members.
